Celebrating Excellence in Foodservice

July 11 marked an important milestone for 30 catering professionals from the Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra region, who successfully completed a 38-day face-to-face training course. This initiative, the fruit of collaboration between the Phosboucraa Foundation and the OFPPT, was designed to hone a range of skills essential to the professional, modern and efficient management of catering operations.
Combining theoretical courses with hands-on practical work, the program covered a wide range of crucial topics, from mastering catering, organizing events and theme meals, to professional techniques for organizing receptions. Our participants also learned how to apply the basics of room service, draw up appropriate menus, control costs, integrate safety and health standards according to the HACCP system, efficiently manage stocks, and organize a work team while familiarizing themselves with the sector's public markets.
