A proactive and participatory approach

The Phosboucraa Foundation adopted a methodical approach to ensure the success of this project. First of all, it engaged in the adaptation and modeling of the existing program in order to meet the specific needs of the Boujdour Province. This approach aimed to guarantee the relevance and effectiveness of the training content deployed in the Learning Centers.

At the same time, the Foundation has taken measures to mobilize and integrate local trainers and facilitators, who are part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, in the implementation of the program. This close collaboration made it possible to capitalize on the expertise and experience of local stakeholders, thus strengthening the anchoring and impact of the project at the community level.

As part of the transfer of skills and good practices, the Foundation worked on strengthening the capacities of young people in Boujdour.
