RENFORCEMENT DE L'ESPRIT ENTREPRENEURIAL

RENFORCEMENT DE L'ESPRIT ENTREPRENEURIAL

The Phosboucraa Foundation supports the training of CEFE (Economic Skills through Entrepreneurship Training) facilitators to promote regional socio-economic development and strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit within communities. This project, based on the principle of learning by doing, aims to provide local actors with the skills necessary to stimulate economic activity, promote the creation of sustainable jobs and support business growth in region of the Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra.

As part of this project, the Phosboucraa Foundation strives to develop a solid and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem in the region. Its objectives are multiple. First of all, it aims to train competent facilitators capable of applying the CEFE method and transmitting their knowledge to beneficiaries. Then, it aims to strengthen the entrepreneurial skills of local actors, by offering them quality support throughout the business creation process. Finally, it aims to enable the various actors to initiate and carry out entrepreneurship programs, by guiding beneficiaries from the definition of the entrepreneurial profile to the realization of their Business plans.

Learning by doing and personalized coaching for project success

The Phosboucraa Foundation has implemented a methodical and participatory approach to carry out this project. First of all, a rigorous selection of beneficiaries was carried out in order to identify the key players in the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem. Next, an intensive 16-day training program was developed, focusing on learning by doing, group dynamics and peer exchanges. Alongside the training, personalized 25-day coaching was provided to participants to provide them with training and facilitation tools, allowing them to better support the project leaders of their programs. This approach allowed beneficiaries to develop their entrepreneurial skills independently, by themselves assessing the prospects for success and the risks linked to their projects.

Beneficiaries, after completing training and coaching, will be able to put their entrepreneurial skills into practice, thus contributing to the growth of local businesses. This initiative aims to strengthen the confidence and commitment of local actors towards entrepreneurship, creating an environment conducive to innovation and the creation of added value within communities.
