INFARMER PROGRAM

INTEGRATION OF YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS INTO THE AGRITECH SECTOR

PROGRAMME INFARMER

In partnership with Agriedge, the Phosboucraa Foundation launched the Infarmer program which represents an innovative project aimed at fostering regional socio-economic development and promoting sustainability in the agricultural sector. By creating a network of distributors of technological solutions dedicated to precision agriculture, the program offers young talents employment and entrepreneurship opportunities in southern regions of the country, while contributing to more efficient and eco-friendly agriculture.

The Infarmer program is part of an approach resolutely focused on sustainable development by combining technological advances with a responsible approach to agriculture. It has a twofold goal: on the one hand, it aims to strengthen the entrepreneurial capacities of young people by training them in technological agricultural advisory techniques and sustainable business practices; on the other hand, it aspires to raise awareness among these young people of the importance of entrepreneurship and technology in the agricultural field. By involving 31 carefully selected beneficiaries, the project aims to establish a strong network of AgriTech solutions distributors, capable of boosting regional economic growth and improving the living conditions of agricultural communities.

Partnership with experts for capacity building of young people in AgriTech

The Phosboucraa Foundation has joined forces with UM6P - Agriedge, a unit specializing in the introduction of agricultural technologies in Africa. Thanks to the expertise of engineers, developers and data science specialists, as well as the support of trainers and business creation advisors, young entrepreneurs benefit from comprehensive and personalized training. The program provides for a first training phase of 8 days, followed by a second training of 5 days at UM6P Benguerir, which will deepen their skills in the field of AgriTech and entrepreneurship.
